We recently completed the 2nd of two commercial fashion shoots with luxury Irish handbag brand August Night and its creator and CEO, Irish designer Caoimhe Grant. Cinematic Sky was asked to created a range of eye-catching video and photography content for including promotional videos, multiple social clips for their Instagram channel and high-end photography which was later published in national publications including the Irish Times and Irish independent Fashion magazines.
The 1st shoot was filmed in the Void Gallery in mid 2021 with model Katie Trowen from NI modelling agency Antipode joining Cinematic Sky’s lead cinematographer Tony Carlin and photographer Kayleigh Clarke to bring Caoimhe’s vision for the brand to life.
Caoimhe approached Cinematic Sky again in November 2021, this time for a shoot in the atmospheric St Columbs Hall in Derry. Joined by model Thara Chann from Antipode, we again created a range of video clips for social media, high-end photography for web, social & print media as well as the promotional video you can see below. We were even granted special permission to fly our drone through the famous building which you can witness in the opening scenes. Fun fact, my Great Grandfather originally painted the mural you can see which still hangs above the stage to this day.
